Your Ideal Weight Loss Coaching Process

 

 

COACHING CAN BE DONE IN PERSON, OVER THE PHONE, OR ON VID-CHAT

  • Our safe, all natural, Weight Loss Coaching Protocol consists of 12 hours of in-person coaching over three months. During this time, you (Client) and your Coach (Steve Ethridge) will meet twice a month, every other week, for two hours per session. 
  • The schedule agenda for these coaching meetings are is described below.

Coaching Content and Change Work

1 Client will do tasking for 2 weeks that will be assigned by Coach upon approval of this Coaching Agreement  2 Weeks Prior to the First Meeting
  Coaching  Session #1  
2 Coach will assist Client in developing and writing achievable Weight Loss Goal(s) for different time periods (e.g., by week, month, etc.) and Putting those goals in Client's Future (Unconscious Mind). (These will serve as Evidence Procedures of Success of this Weight Loss Coaching Program)

Coach will:

  • Elicit Client's Values and Values Hierarchy (rank order of importance of values) relevant to the Weight Loss Goal,
  • Assist Client in evaluating whether that rank order of importance is appropriate to support Client in achieving the Weight Loss Goal
  • And, if appropriate, will do NLP Rapid Change Work to help Client change that rank order of importance to support Client in achieving the Weight Loss Goal

4 Coach elicits from Client any Emotional and/or Self-Identify factors that may be contributing to maintaining current weight (e.g, role models, power/protection, body image, external frame of reference, secondary gain by maintaining current weight) 1 (1/4 hour)
5 Coach provides educational information about specific foods to eat / avoid to begin to lose weight healthily 1 (1/4 hour)

6 Coach elicits Client's "disgust anchor" and anchor bad foods to it 2 (1/4 hour)
7 Switch Sub-Modalities of disliked healthy foods to those of liked unhealthy foods 2 (1/4 hour)
8 Coach anchors odors client likes/dislikes as resources Client can use to support healthy eating 2 (1/4 hour)
9 Coach uses Time Line Therapy™ techniques to facilitate Client in getting rid of Negative Emotions from past related to weight/eating 2 (1 hour)   
10 Coach and Client assess progress toward Goals/Evidence Procedures and Coach assigns task(s) for Client to do before next meeting 2 (1/4 hour)

11 Coach uses Time Line Therapy™ techniques to facilitate client in getting rid of Limiting Beliefs/Decisions from past related to weight/eating    3 (1 hour)    
12 Coach installs in Client Positive Self-Image / Beliefs / Values (e.g., "looking good/slim)   3 (1/2 hour)
13 Client summarizes learning to Coach from tasks assigned at last meeting; Coach coaches Client in how to act on that and other learning (e.g., grocery shopping, eating on the road, etc.); and Coach assigns task(s) for Client to complete prior to next meeting 3 (1/2 hour)
14 Coach and Client assess progress toward Goals/Evidence Procedures and Coach assigns task(s) for Client to do before next meeting  
 

Coaching  Session #4

 
15 Coach installs in Client "Exercise" Value in health area of life.  Coach imparts information on relative value of building muscle and aerobic exercise. 4 (1/2 hour)
16 Coach elicits Client's current Motivation and Decision-Making Strategies for eating inappropriate foods or quantities and works with Client to design and install Better Strategies for sufficient nourishment while supporting Client in achieving Weight Loss Goal 4 (1/2 hour)
17 Client summarizes learning to Coach from tasks assigned at last meeting; Coach coaches Client in how to act on that and other learning (e.g., grocery shopping, eating on the road, etc.); and Coach assigns task(s) for Client to complete prior to next meeting 4 (1/2 hour)
18 Coach and Client assess progress toward Goals/Evidence Procedures and Coach assigns task(s) for Client to do before next meeting 4 (1/2 hour)
 

Coaching Session #5

Coach teaches Client meditation/self-hypnosis techniques that Client can use to turn up his/her metabolism healthily/safely (eliminate cravings, balance cooler body temperature with higher metabolism to support longevity)

Timeline Therapy™ techniques to install / future pace goals / outcomes for eating (diet content, volume, eating frequency) and exercise (e.g., specific types of exercise; length of exercise; specific muscle groups on what days). (Make sure for love of self rather than for others only.)

Assess Client's Myers-Briggs™ Personality Preferences Profile, discuss with client, and access whether client could benefit from changing preference in the Client's Unconscious Mind (UM) fro Perceiver to Judger to support Weight Loss Goal.

24 Coach facilitates Client in any remaining helpful NLP rapid change work (e.g., Parts Integration, Strategy Design and Installation, Swish Pattern, Goal Setting, etc.) 6 (1/2 hour)
25 Wrap-Up: Coach and Client assess progress toward Goals/Evidence Procedures and, if necessary, Coach assigns task(s) to Client for continuing to reach/maintain ideal Weight Loss Goal  6 (1/4 hour)
